Environmental Law & LitigationDESAUTEL BROWNING LAW RETAINED TO HELP SAND POND ENVIRONMENTAL FIGHT

In a neighborhood effort to stop the proposed construction of a three-story, 630-unit self-storage facility at Pond Plaza on Post Road, Desautel Browning Law services have been retained. The neighborhood is worried about the potential impact to the environment and how proposed development doesn’t comply with the original purpose of the city’s zoning ordinance. Desautel Browning Law specializes in land use, zoning permits and environmental law and they will represent Sand Pond when the board considers two special use permits for the development.
