MKJD INVESTMENTS

MKJD Investments possesses extensive knowledge in site and region-specific environmental conditions, regulations, remediation costs and funding programs, zoning, planning, permitting, and financing.

MKJD applies this expertise to projects which are too small for larger firms to pursue given the high level of environmental and land-use expertise required and seeks to deliver a superior return for investors by leveraging this experience to accessing State and Federal funds to assist with environmental remediation and securing senior debt financing to recapitalize upon completion.

MKJD also provides its clients with access to a network of industry experts and resources, making projects flow smoothly when government approvals are required.
